Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every fix comes with a 30-day warranty. Builds include 30-90 days of post-launch support depending on the package. If the same issue returns, we repair it at no charge.

Can you build a web app or SaaS on WordPress?

Yes. We build headless WordPress backends with React or Next.js frontends, custom REST APIs, and user dashboards. We have launched membership platforms and lightweight SaaS products on WordPress.

Can you work with my existing developer?

Absolutely. We can collaborate with your team or act as overflow support when they are unavailable.

What if the fix takes longer than expected?

We quote flat rates, not hourly. If scope increases, we discuss it first. No surprise bills.

What if my budget is smaller than your packages?

We work with most budgets — from a few hundred dollars for a quick fix or single-feature build, up to enterprise engagements. Tell us what you have and what you need, and we will scope a solution that fits. We would rather ship something useful at your budget than oversell you on something you do not need.

Do I own the code after a build?

Absolutely. You own 100% of the custom code, designs, and assets we create. We transfer all repositories and documentation at project completion.

Do I need to give you my hosting login?

For fixes, we typically need WordPress admin and FTP/SFTP access. For builds, we can set up the environment for you or work with your preferred host. We can also work through your developer or use temporary credentials.

What types of issues do you handle?
